Warranty and returns

Returns and replacements are accepted only for confirmed issues, such as a damaged, defective or wrong item, reported within one hour of delivery. What capacity do I need?
For a single bathroom with a shower, 15 litres suits one or two people and 25 litres suits a family. A 6 or 10 litre unit is for a kitchen sink or a bathroom used only for buckets. Going too large costs more to run because you reheat water you never use, so size it to the actual household rather than the worst case.
Storage or instant?
Storage heats a tank and holds it, drawing moderate current. Instant heats water as it flows, drawing a very large current for a short time, and cannot deliver a bucket at temperature. For a bathroom, storage is almost always the right answer. Instant suits a kitchen tap where you want a small amount of hot water immediately.
What circuit does it need?
Its own. A geyser should run on a dedicated circuit with its own MCB and a 16 A point, not shared with the bathroom lights. Running it off a 6 A point is the most common mistake and it will either trip repeatedly or cook the socket over time. We can quote the circuit work with the heater.
Does hard water matter?
A great deal, and Lucknow water is hard. Scale builds on the heating element and shortens its life, and the anode rod inside sacrifices itself to protect the tank. Ask about the anode rod interval and have it checked rather than waiting for the tank to fail. It is the single biggest factor in how long a geyser lasts here.
Vertical or horizontal?
Vertical is standard and more efficient. Horizontal exists for false ceilings and low soffits where there is no height for a vertical unit. If you have the wall space, use vertical.
Do you install it?
Installation is arranged separately in Lucknow and is chargeable, and involves both plumbing and electrical work. Tell us the bathroom and we will confirm the charge before anyone comes.
