Warranty and returns

The bill difference is real

I was sceptical about the energy saving claim. Three old fans replaced with these, and the meter reading is down noticeably across two billing cycles. On a fan that runs most of the year, that is the whole argument.

Quiet, and the remote is the point

No wall regulator means no hum at low speed. The only thing I would change is that the remote is small and easy to lose, so keep the box. Four and a half because the ivory is warmer than it looks online.

Will my old wall regulator work with a BLDC fan?
No, and you should not use one. A BLDC fan has its own electronics and is controlled by the RF remote that comes in the box. Leave the wall switch on and use the remote for speed. If you have a step type or stepless regulator on that point, an electrician should bypass it so the fan gets full voltage. We can send someone for this in Lucknow.
How much will it actually save me?
A conventional 1200 mm induction fan draws roughly 75 watts. A BLDC of the same sweep is in the region of 28 to 32 watts at full speed. Over a fan that runs eight to ten hours a day for most of the year, that is the difference people notice on the bill.
Does it run on an inverter?
Yes, and this is where BLDC fans are at their best. Because they draw roughly a third of the current, the same inverter battery runs them far longer during a cut. This is the single most common reason people in Lucknow switch.
What if I lose the remote?
Replacement remotes are available from the brand and have to be paired to the fan, which takes a minute. Tell us the model and we will arrange it. Keep the carton until the fan is installed and paired.
Which sweep size is right for my room?
For a normal bedroom or living room up to about 150 square feet, 1200 mm is the standard and correct choice. Rooms smaller than 100 square feet are better served by 900 mm, and long halls usually need two fans rather than one larger one. Send us the room dimensions and we will tell you.
Do you install it?
Installation is arranged separately in Lucknow and is chargeable. Tell us how many fans and where, and we will confirm the charge before anyone comes. If the ceiling has no fan box or hook, that has to be added first, which we can also quote for.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST invoice. Add your GSTIN in the cart and the invoice is issued in your business name.
